Steps for ordering from The Ballet House

Step 1: Place your order

Once you like something, and would like to make a purchase,

1) Simply drop us an email at theballethouse@gmail.com, indicating the item number, item name, colour/size and quantity. Please note that deadbuyers would be blacklisted!

2) You will receive an email invoice from us within 24 hours or earlier.



Step 2: Make payment

Once we have sent you an invoice, the item(s) will be reserved for 24 hours. Please make your payment within the time frame.

1) You may make your payment via POSB fund transfer to the account stated in the invoice. Currently we are only able to accept one form of payment, we apologise for the incovenience.

2) Inform us of your transaction details: transaction reference number, date/time, amount, snapshots etc. The Ballet House reserves the right to reject any payments not received on our end. No refunds would be made as well, for the above cases. Please note that items reserved would be released for sale after the reservation period.

3) You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your payment.


Step 3: Receive your goods!

Upon receiving your payment, your item(s) will be mailed out within 3 working days.

Prices are inclusive of FREE normal postage via Singpost.

If you wish to opt for registered postage services, please add $2.50 on top of the listed item price.

If you wish to send the item(s) overseas, please state in your email clearly, and we will advise on the overseas postage charges accordingly.

Terms & Conditions
  • Apparels and accessories sold on The Ballet House are of superb workmanship and cutting. For apparels, you will be guaranteed the right size by following our size chart on every item as a guide. If in doubt, email to theballethouse@gmail.com, and we will be most happy to help you.
  • The Ballet House will check for defect on item(s) before mailing. Refunds are not allowed.
  • Prices are non-negotiable.
  • Prices listed are inclusive of free normal postage.
  • The Ballet House will not be held responsible for lost parcels and damaged mail-out-items should the buyer not opt for registered postage.
  • The Ballet House does not do reservation of item(s); receiving an invoice from us will allow reservation of item(s) for 24 hours, and payment must be made during this time frame, after which the item(s) will be released for sale.

Exchange Policy
  • The Ballet House does not allow exchange of non-apparel item(s), i.e. jewellery, stationery, bags, prints etc.
  • The Ballet House will allow exchange of apparel items, such as Tshirts, if sizing does not fit, only on conditions that the item(s) are still in brand new condition, unwashed, in original conditions, and subjected to item(s) availability. The Ballet House will advise on the method of exchange accordingly.
  • Refunds are not allowed.
